We hope this page provides answers to some of your questions, as well as links to information, forms, instructions, waivers, and other resources you may occasionally need as a family member of Sharon UMC.
Q. Where can I find registration or waiver forms for Legacy youth, King's Kids, or Vacation Bible School?
A. Contact the church office at [email protected] or (910) 842-2929 to have registration forms and waivers emailed to you in order for your child to participate in VBS, activities, outings, events, and field trips.
Q. I’m interested in getting married at Sharon Methodist Church. What do I need to know or do?
A. Please contact the church office at [email protected] or (910) 842-2929 for a copy of Sharon’s Wedding Policy. Then you can discuss availability, logistics, and deposits with the Administrative Assistant/Office Manager.
Q. I’d like to have a beach wedding. Is your pastor available to officiate?
A. Please contact our administrative assistant at (910) 842-2929 to discuss your needs and plans.
Q. Where can I find the current church newsletter?
A. It's located under NEWS in your online Realm account. You can also click here.
Q. How can I find last week’s sermon or share the sermon with someone?
A. Click here to tune into the 10:00 AM Sunday worship services on Facebook Live. You can watch it live or view posted videos later at your convenience on Sharon's FB page or YouTube channel.
NOTE: To share with someone from FB, simply click on the video, copy the link in the search bar, then paste it in the message, text, or email you are composing. A YouTube video can be shared by clicking share, click copy link, and paste the link into your communications.
Q. I understand Sharon Methodist Church has a library of books and other resources I can check out?
A. Absolutely. Feel free to look through our library collection (the entrance is inside the choir room, which is located in the corridor behind the main sanctuary) and use the honor system to borrow and return the materials. Enjoy!
Q. I’d like to attend a Bible study or be part of the music (or other) ministry, but I need help with childcare. What are my options?
A. We understand the juggle of children and the desire to delve deeper in your spiritual journey and to serve God. The Little Lambs Nursery is available for all weekly and special services, including funerals and weddings. For other studies, rehearsals, and meetings, please contact the church office at (910) 842-2929 to discuss your particular needs. We’ll do all we can to help find a way for you to participate.

A. We'll be adding a few links for forms on this page and throughout the website, but for now, let us know what you're looking for by emailing [email protected] or calling (910) 842-2929. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
